Infinite Worth creates relationships via SMS text messages between nurses and those considering abortion. Our pro-life nurse text line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing care, referrals, and accurate information that empowers women to make the choice for life.

Open role: Chatline Nurse
The chatline nurse will provide chatline assistance with the provision of client care.

​

Responsibilities

• Be available for clients on the chatline during working hours

• Answer each initial chat within 90 seconds and all messages thereafter in a timely manner

• Engage with the client using active listening and therapeutic communication

• Provide information, education, and relatable content that may help them make a life-affirming choice

• Arrange and provide client follow-up

• Enter chatline notes and chart appropriately

• Comply with state and professional licensing and continuing education requirements

• Annual review of clinic policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord

• Strong commitment to the pro-life position and sexual purity

• Agree with and willing to uphold the Statement of Faith, Statement of Principle, and organizational policies

• Active multistate RN license (NLC) 

• Strong interpersonal and administrative skills

• Comfortable working with technology

• High-speed internet at home

Compensation & schedule

Full-Time
$30–$35 / hour · 32+ hours / week · 100% remote · Vacation / sick pay · Holiday pay · Flexible scheduling

​

Part-Time
$30–$35 / hour · 16–30 hours / week · 100% remote · Flexible scheduling

​

Shifts (Central Time)

• AM: 6 AM – 2 PM

• PM: 2 PM – 10 PM

• Night: 10 PM – 6 AM
